SUMMARY:Unusual Thinking
DESCRIPTION:The group welcomes people whether they have a diagnosis of a mental health problem or not.  The group is open to different ways of seeing and understanding experiences.  They offer a free and confidential space for people who experience unusual beliefs\, paranoid or suspicious ideas\, hear voices or see visions.  The group should not be viewed as therapy but as a place where you can receive encouragement\, reassurance\, support and a listening ear.
