Hydrotherapy – typically known to help people with chronic joint paint and arthritis – has also been known to reduce levels of stress\, anxiety and depression. DESCRIPTION:Course description: Our Community Gardening Project brings people together to grow food\, build friendships\, and improve wellbeing through shared outdoor activities. Open to people of all abilities\, and backgrounds\, the project provides opportunities to learn gardening skills\, connect with nature\, and contribute to a greener\, healthier community.\nParticipants can get involved in growing fruit\, vegetables\, and flowers\, creating wildlife-friendly spaces\, and taking part in workshops\, volunteer days\, and community events. As well as improving access to fresh produce\, the garden offers a welcoming and supportive environment where people can boost their confidence\, develop new skills\, improve their physical and mental wellbeing\, and feel a sense of belonging through meaningful community involvement. \nTeaching and Learning Approaches: Be prepared for all weathers – suitable footwear.

DESCRIPTION:Course description: Make a noise and spread some joy – Come along and sing some classic hits or bring your own homemade songs to share with a community of music lovers.\nWe also welcome instruments like shaky eggs\, cellos or tin whistles\, or you may want to support us with your singing voice.\nThis course is led by the beginners of the guitar session from last term\, and seeks to keep and perfect their newly-learned skills.\nALL LEVELS WELCOME! \nTeaching and Learning Approaches: Casual and interactive acoustic sessions.
