Course description: Music plays a large part in our lives; but how does your mental health benefit from music and relieve stress and anxiety?
Jonathan Spurling will introduce theories and practices of how we engage with music on a personal and communal level and what influence this has on your emotional wellbeing.
This session will also involve a practical exploration of sound.
