Course description: If you can breathe you can do yoga, the most important aspect of yoga is the breath ‘prana’, ‘lifeforce’. When we breathe consciously, we are expanding energy in our physical and spiritual
bodies. Without breath there is no yoga and the more we practice yoga, we benefit physically,
mentally and spiritually.
