We support people experiencing homelessness with practical help like meals, showers, and accommodation advice, alongside guidance on health, wellbeing, and employment.

Course description: This gentle form of relaxing yoga is predominantly floor-based so anyone can take
part, allowing us to embrace stillness.
We become aware of our embodiment, letting emotions and energy flow, while taking time out of
the busy world.
At the end of the session you should feel more relaxed, open and centred.
Mats will be provided.
