In this course you will learn how meditation works on your body and mind. Agnieszka will give you an insight into how meditation reduces stress, and increases focus and awareness.
People who meditate experience how this practice influences their mental and physical health. You will be shown ways and tools that may help you to engage with meditation.
A guided meditation is included in each session.
