We support people experiencing homelessness with practical help like meals, showers, and accommodation advice, alongside guidance on health, wellbeing, and employment.

Course description: A short course on how to best manage your wellbeing. This group will look at nutrition, sleep, mindfulness techniques and offer tools to look at the time and space to put you first. In our shared experience we will look at techniques to
support you in each day to set realistic goals’.
