We support people experiencing homelessness with practical help like meals, showers, and accommodation advice, alongside guidance on health, wellbeing, and employment.

Course description: A set of sessions enabling Peace, Love, Harmony and Well -being.
This will encompass: Enhancing Life force energy and Awareness of the Human Energy Field chakras, Food and Nutrition for optimum health, Qi Gong, Mindful Meditation and Laughter Yoga.
