We support people experiencing homelessness with practical help like meals, showers, and accommodation advice, alongside guidance on health, wellbeing, and employment.

This workshop is about coming together to share any experience of grief and loss. We will talk about ways to cope and carry the things that society usually hides. We will explore hope, love and connection
and ways to resource the body and make space for the biggest feelings.
