We support people experiencing homelessness with practical help like meals, showers, and accommodation advice, alongside guidance on health, wellbeing, and employment.

This workshop is about coming together to name anger, to acknowledge it without fear or shame, and to understand how it lives in the body and impacts our lives. We will talk about how to cope with intense emotion, how to carry, manage and communicate frustration and rage and everything in between.
Come and listen with no pressure or judgement. Just space to feel what is real.
