Course description: Finding Balance: Managing Stress, Anxiety, Depression & Anger is a supportive 4-week course designed to help participants better understand their emotions and develop practical strategies to improve their wellbeing. Through group discussion, gentle activities, and evidence-based techniques, participants will explore the impact of stress, anxiety, depression, and anger on daily life.
The course provides a safe, non-judgemental space to share experiences, learn coping skills, and build confidence in managing difficult emotions.
Participants will gain a better understanding of their emotional triggers, learn techniques to improve resilience, and develop a personalised wellbeing toolkit that can be used long after the course has ended.
