Support with housing

Shekinah’s Navigator Team provide personalised, hands-on support for those needing housing assistance. Available daily, they take a compassionate, flexible approach, tailored to each person’s unique circumstances. We focus on strengths, respect past experiences, and work hard to build trust.

Our dedicated Navigators focus on building trusted relationships and connecting people to vital services.

Their work often involves crisis intervention, including responding to suicidal thoughts, overdoses, and public altercations.

We stand alongside the people we support, helping with benefits, attending appointments, linking to healthcare, resolving housing issues, and connecting individuals with substance use and mental health services. We also encourage involvement in job training and recreational activities, offering consistent support throughout every stage of their journey, no matter the ups and downs.
