Wellbeing in Nature Experience

Location: Caradon Woods (meet at Shekinah, Stonehouse Creek)

Course description: Come and join Greenwood Music for a day of nature connection and greenwood
crafting in our 40-acre ancient Cornish woodland. Greenwood craft is the age-old method of making
practical and beautiful objects from freshly cut ‘green’ wood. Under the guidance of our experienced tutors, learn how to make items you can take home with you such as a butter knife and spatula.

Expect a steady supply of tea and coffee and time to just enjoy being in the beautiful green setting that is
Caradon Wood. Food is central to anyone’s wellbeing so we will share a hearty lunch cooked over the open fire: a great opportunity to connect and share.
