We support people experiencing homelessness with practical help like meals, showers, and accommodation advice, alongside guidance on health, wellbeing, and employment.

Come join us for a cold dip in the water studio at Grow. We will have 30 minutes of guided medication
followed by breathworks, and then a dip in one of the ice baths.
This therapy can help with:
• Easing sore and aching muscles.
• Helping the central nervous system.
• Limiting the inflammatory response.
• Decreasing the effect of heat and humidity.
• Training the vagus nerve. Just to name a few.
