Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible form of yoga practiced while seated in a chair or using the chair
for support. It focuses on mindful movement, stretching, breathwork, and relaxation, making it
suitable for people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels.

Participants are guided through simple postures that help improve flexibility, balance, circulation, and
posture—without the need to get down on the floor.

Chair Yoga is especially beneficial for those with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or looking for
a low-impact way to stay active and reduce stress.
