We support people experiencing homelessness with practical help like meals, showers, and accommodation advice, alongside guidance on health, wellbeing, and employment.

This will be a mixed ability class of Hatha yoga, which will mostly focus on beginners however there will be options to make it more challenging for the more experienced.
It will focus on a form of and sun salutation breathing practices, in order to provide an anchor in a busy or stressful life and help participants to feel grounded and calm.
Please bring a small blanket, if you can, as a support or for keeping warm during savasana (rest).
