Movement & Dance to Liberate Mind, Body & Spirit

These sessions are provided to facilitate a sense of freedom and playfulness enabling free expression to tune into your unique natural rhythms. The music and dance is an uplifting motivator for letting go the mental dialogue and to connect with the inner child within us all, who gives spontaneous creative expression. This allows conscious awareness, which brings joy and well-being through letting go.

QiGong and Do-In exercises will enable you to balance each of the chakras and Human Energy Field
(HEF/Aura).

Bring no expectation just your free self. Wear loose comfortable clothing and soft shoes for dancing or
dance in bare feet or socks. Looking forward to free flow with you.
