We support people experiencing homelessness with practical help like meals, showers, and accommodation advice, alongside guidance on health, wellbeing, and employment.
Course description: This course offers a gentle, creative introduction to watercolour painting with a focus on the calming benefits of the process, rather than artistic outcomes. Why Paint? Many people are drawn to painting but hesitate to begin, often held back by self
doubt or the belief that they aren’t “good enough” or “creative.” This course takes a fresh approach- focusing on the act of painting simple washes, textures, and patterns using calming or dynamic colours. Watercolour is an accessible medium for all, and paying close attention to each brushstroke can have a powerful, meditative effect. Benefits: Painting is a form of creative escape that can lift your mood, ease stress, and bring a sense of calm and focus. This course provides a space free from pressure or judgement- just an opportunity to explore, unwind, and enjoy the process.
Teaching and Learning Approaches: Practical session.
