We support people experiencing homelessness with practical help like meals, showers, and accommodation advice, alongside guidance on health, wellbeing, and employment.
Gather and find out more about your local area by following a planned route, learn about the
community resources and improve your well-being at the same time.
We will start each walk with a safety talk, ensuring you know what to expect and where we are going. Each walk will have a different theme, and you can sign up to a single walk or many.

Teaching and Learning Approaches: Be prepared for all weathers – suitable footwear, layers, snacks and water. We will be stopping along the route at regular intervals and will provide teas / coffees.
