We support people experiencing homelessness with practical help like meals, showers, and accommodation advice, alongside guidance on health, wellbeing, and employment.
The group welcomes people whether they have a diagnosis of a mental health problem or not. The group is open to different ways of seeing and understanding experiences. They offer a free and confidential space for people who experience unusual beliefs, paranoid or suspicious ideas, hear voices or see visions. The group should not be viewed as therapy but as a place where you can receive encouragement, reassurance, support and a listening ear.
