South West based charitable housing association BCHA was founded over 50 years ago with a continuing mission to meet housing need and end homelessness. We aim to achieve this through the building and provision of affordable and secure homes, and by supporting individuals to take control and lead independent, fulfilled lives. Whether we are developing sites or supporting people with housing, learning or living skills, we believe in equality, the importance of every individual and the right to be valued and treated with dignity and respect. Our doors are open to everyone.

If you are struggling with problematic alcohol or drug use and want help to change your life, to leave the chaos behind, Hamoaze can help you.

This is your opportunity for change.

We can offer a safe, calm place to help you to rebuild your life with new skills and coping mechanisms.

We offer support, counselling and security for you and your family.

Livewell Southwest is an independent, award winning social enterprise providing integrated health and social care services for people across Plymouth, South Hams and West Devon, as well as some specialist services for people living in parts of Devon and Cornwall. We are at the forefront of integrating health and social care, which means that we care for people in new ways that are more efficient, with health and social care professionals who would have previously worked in individual teams now working together. This helps us to deliver the right care for people, in the right place and at the right time.

You will find our teams in community hospitals, GP practices, sports centres, health and wellbeing hubs, at community events and even at football matches.

In 2019 Livewell Southwest was inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and received a rating of ‘good’ overall. Our mental health inpatient unit (Glenbourne) and our community learning disabilities team received an exceptional rating of ‘outstanding’.

Path are an independent local charity based in Plymouth. We were set up in 1995 to support people who are vulnerable to homelessness by providing a range of services from work with rough sleepers through to support for people to maintain their tenancies.

The Zone are a charity which provides free confidential information & support to young people. On average we support over 5500 different young people each year through our different projects.

Our services, available 6 days a week and supported by a dedicated team of volunteers, offer young people emotional support and information around housing, sexual health and mental health and the options available to them. We can also offer information about, and make referrals to, specialist services, both within The Zone and elsewhere.

Cass+ are based within four magistrates’ courts in Truro, Bodmin, Plymouth and Newton Abbot. CASS+ (Community Advice and Support Services+) is an innovative, unique and specialised charity which provides  relief and assistance to people when they are at their most vulnerable.
