Hatha Yoga

Course description: This will be a mixed ability class of Hatha yoga (1 hour sessions), which will mostly focus on beginners, however there will be options to make it more challenging for the more experienced.
It will focus on posture work, some breathing practices and meditation, in order to make each participant more aware of their body and enable them to feel more comfortable in it.
Please bring a small blanket, if you can, as a support or for keeping warm during savasana (rest).
